I had come away from a visit to a physiotherapists with some 'Early Exercises' to do, but I found even those rather painful. The Knee Massager seems to be calming down the pain and I haven't taken any painkillers (maybe just one Ibuprofen) since I began using it. I can't prove that it helps, but I think it does. However, for knee pain, this does a great job. I have used a cloth dipped in hot water to relieve knee pain as that helps to aid blood circulation around the inflamed area. Now, this does the same but in a safer way giving a choice of 40, 50, or 60 degrees celsius heating. The vibrations are soothing, you choose the intensity easily.

At 56 I decided to start getting into shape. The massage lasts about 10 minutes and a charged massager will do 6 to 8 massages on a single charge. I have two bad knees and am waiting for replacements. Covid has once again extended my wait. This massager is simple to use, excellent quality and works well. It provides good heat and vibration to the joints. I'm not sure about the infra red and lights but it is worth the price for the heat/massage on its own. Well worth the money for temporary pain relief.

I work in the hotel industry so am on my feet and do alot of movement and sometimes my knees hurt so when I get home I put the massager on and my knees fell great I can walk without my knees being stiff.
