At WeRelieve, we are committed to delivering your order as safely and reliably as possible. Transparency is our priority, so we want you to know exactly how and when your package will arrive.

1. Order Processing Time

Processing Window: All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been handed over to our courier partners.

2. Shipping Origin & Method

To provide the highest quality products at the best possible prices, we fulfill orders directly from our manufacturing partners in Asia.

We use trusted international carriers (such as USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, and YunExpress) for final delivery to your doorstep.

Because we ship internationally, please be aware that transit times are longer than domestic shipments.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that "Shipping Time" starts after the 1-2 day processing window.

Shipping Cost: FREE SHIPPING 

Note: These are estimates. While most packages arrive on time, external factors such as customs inspections, severe weather, or local postal delays may occasionally extend delivery times.

4. Tracking Your Order

Tracking Updates: Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 3 to 5 days for the carrier's system to update with the first scan. It is normal for international packages to show "In Transit" for several days while moving between countries.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

WeRelieve is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact your local postal carrier directly. WeRelieve is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the courier.
