This is awesome. I slept wrong last night and my upper left back was killing me so it was the perfect time to try out this heating pad. It fits basically like a vest with arm holes and buttons in the front. I have been wearing it all day while working at my computer and it has been comfortable and stayed in place well. It heats up extremely quickly like less than a minute. Although this is designed to be worn over the shoulder you could also easily lay it on any other region as well. I will be getting a lot of use out of this.
I absolutely love this heating pad. The shape is perfect to hug my whole upper back, shoulders, and neck area, and it actually stays securely in place while wearing. The fabric is incredibly plush and soft, and it heats up super fast. I can literally feel my muscles start to relax and the pain fade away within a minute of turning it on.
